Legal notice

This letter shall serve as formal legal notice to immediately cease and desist from all infringing activity related to Purple Dreams Hair Collection.

1.  Facts: On or about, it was discovered that you are engaging in the following unauthorized conduct:

○  Using copyrighted product photographs belonging to Purple Dreams Hair Collection, including images of [specific wig styles: e.g., “22” Body Wave HD Lace Wig”], on your website, Instagram , TikTok Shop, or other platforms without permission.

○  Selling wigs under a brand name, logo, or packaging that is confusingly similar to Purple Dreams Hair Collection.

○  Copying product descriptions, marketing language, or customer reviews originally published by Purple Dreams Hair Collection.

   Evidence of this conduct is attached as Exhibit A.

2.  Legal Basis: Purple Dreams Hair Collection owns all rights, title, and interest in its trademarks, copyrights, and brand assets. Your actions constitute copyright infringement under 17 U.S.C. § 501, trademark infringement under 15 U.S.C. § 1114, false designation of origin under 15 U.S.C. § 1125(a), and unfair competition under Georgia law O.C.G.A. § 10-1-372.

3.  Demand / Action Required: You are hereby demanded to, within 7 business days of receipt of this letter:

○  Permanently remove and delete all infringing photographs, product listings, ads, and social media posts related to Purple Dreams Hair Collection;

○  Cease all use of the name “Purple Dreams”, “Purple Dreams Hair Collection”, or any confusingly similar name, logo, or branding;

○  Destroy any physical marketing materials bearing our brand or images;

○  Provide written confirmation of compliance via email to Purpledreamscollection@yhoo.com by 06/31/2026.

4.  Consequences of Non-Compliance: If you fail to comply by 06-30-2026 Purple Dreams Hair Collection will pursue all available legal remedies, including injunctive relief, monetary damages, disgorgement of profits, and attorney’s fees. We will also submit DMCA takedown notices and trademark reports to all relevant platforms without further notice to you. 2026
