### **Shipping Policy**
**1. Processing Time**
All orders are processed within **1-3 business days** after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
During peak seasons, sales, or new product launches, processing may take up to **5 business days**. You’ll get an email notification if there’s a delay.
**2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates**
Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order ships, not when it’s placed. International shipping is currently **not available** / **available to select countries** with rates calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes.
**3. Order Tracking**
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking info to update. Track your package anytime at purpledreamscollection@yahoo.com
**4. Shipping Address**
We ship to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check for accuracy — we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us within **2 hours** of placing your order at **purpledreamscollection@yahoo.com** to update it.
**5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages**
We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first.
For packages lost in transit or significantly delayed beyond 10 business days, contact us at **purpledreamscollection@yahoo.com** and we’ll help file a claim with the carrier.
**6. Wig-Specific Shipping Notes**
All wigs are carefully packaged in a protective box with a hairnet and satin bag to maintain style and prevent tangling during transit. Human hair and synthetic units ship the same way, but **human hair wigs may require additional processing time** for quality control and styling.
**7. Returns Due to Shipping Issues**
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please email photos within **48 hours** of delivery to **purpledreamscollection@yahoo.com**. We’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.
